Computer Science, Economics and Finance, Electrical & Electronics Engg., Management, Mathematics, Mechanical Engg., Pharmacy, Physics, Languages and Humanities and Interdisciplinary areas such as Biotechnology, Energy, Environment, Robotics; Nano-science & Nanotechnology, Water Management, Public Health etc.
Input Qualification:
ME / MPharm / MBA / MPhil of BITS or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate. Candidates with an MSc / BE / BPharm or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate will also be considered for PhD admission. For PhD Programme in Languages and Humanities, candidates with an MA and with minimum of 55% aggregate may also be considered. Industries and R&D organizations collaborating with BITS may sponsor candidates to work for PhD under 'Aspirants scheme'.
