शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2011-12 में दाखिले के लिए देर तक चली प्रक्रिया से सबक लेते हुए गुरु गोबिंद सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विविद्यालय आगामी शैक्षणिक सत्र 2012-13 के लिए एक महीना पूर्व दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की तैयारी कर रहा है। यदि सब कुछ ठीक ठाक रहा तो आगामी सत्र के लिए विविद्यालय जनवरी-12 में अपनी दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू कर देगा। बीते साल तक विविद्यालय में विभिन्न पाठय़क्रमों में दाखिले के लिए फरवरी महीने में दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाती रही है। इसके लिए विविद्यालय सीटों की बढ़ोतरी और एफिलिएशन को लेकर होने वाली परेशानियों से पहले निपटने की तैयारी कर रहा है। बोर्ड ने अपने इस प्रयास के क्रम में मंगलवार विभिन्न पाठय़क्रमों में दाखिले के लिए सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा (सीईटी) की प्रस्तावित तिथियां भी घोषित कर दीं। विविद्यालय ने एमबीए कोर्स में दाखिले के लिए सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा की तिथि 4 फरवरी-2012 रखी है। विविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. डीके बंद्योपाध्याय ने बताया कि बीते साल एफिलिएशन, लाल डोरा, सीटों में बढ़ोतरी को लेकर स्वीकृति में काफी वक्त लग गया था। प्रो. बंद्योपाध्याय ने बताया कि मौजूदा शैक्षणिक सत्र 2011-12 में दाखिले के लिए इन्हीं परेशानियों के चलते सितम्बर तक काउंसलिंग चली थी। जिससे विद्यार्थियों को शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू होने के बाद दाखिला मिला। जिसके के लिए विशेष क्लासेज कराने की स्थिति बन गई। बता दें विविद्यालय का शैक्षणिक सत्र अगस्त में शुरू हो जाता है और दाखिला प्रक्रिया सितम्बर- 11 तक चलती रही। प्रो. बंद्योपाध्याय ने बताया कि इस बार शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2012-13 के लिए पहले ही बोर्ड ऑफ एफिलिएशंस की जल्द बैठक कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए विविद्यालय में एफिलिएशन, एक्जामिनेशन और एकेडमिक का बेहतर तालमेल बनाने की योजना पर काम किया जा रहा है। कुलपति प्रो. बंद्योपाध्याय ने कहा कि उनकी पूरी कोशिश है कि जनवरी-12 के पहले सप्ताह में आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाये और अगस्त 2012 में नए सत्र की शुरुआत के एक पखवाड़े के भीतर समूची दाखिला प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाए। प्रो. बंद्योपाध्याय ने बताया कि बीते सालों के अनुभव को देखते हुए इस बार हम खासतौर पर दाखिला प्रक्रिया को लेकर सचेत हैं। प्रो. बंद्योपाध्याय ने बताया कि इसके लिए बोर्ड ऑफ एफिलिएशंस के समक्ष विविद्यालय बीते सालों की परेशानियों को रखेगा और जल्द दाखिले सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। विविद्यालय ने अपने इसी कोशिश को बढ़ाते हुए विभिन्न पाठयक्रमों की सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षाओं की तिथियां घोषित कर दी हैं। विविद्यालय की ओर से जारी प्रवेश परीक्षाओं के तिथियों के तहत 4 फरवरी, 2012 को एमबीए की प्रवेश परीक्षा होगी। इसके बाद 12 मई को एमबीबीएस स्टेज-वन व एमसीए की प्रवेश परीक्षा होगी। इसी तरह 13 मई को बीडीएस, 19 मई को बीसीए, 20 मई को बीए, एलएलबी/ बीबीए, एलएलबी व बीएड की प्रवेश परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। इसी प्रकार 26 मई को बीबीए, 27 मई को बीजेएमसी व बी.टेक (बायोटेक), 2 जून को बीटेक और 3 जून को एमबीबीएस स्टैज-टू व बीएचएमसीटी के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा का आयोजित होगी(राष्ट्रीय सहारा,दिल्ली,2.11.11)।

एमडी परीक्षा में नकल की सीबीसीआइडी जांच

उत्तराखंड तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से आयोजित राज्य के आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कालेजों में एमडी प्रवेश परीक्षा में सामूहिक नकल के मामले की सीबीसीआईडी जांच होगी। इस बाबत गृह विभाग ने आदेश जारी किए हैं।
विवि ने बीती 12 जून को आयुष महकमे की यूएपीजीएमईई-2011 प्रवेश परीक्षा आयोजित की थी। शासन को यह जानकारी मिली है कि रोल नंबर 0611151 से 0611176 तक अभ्यर्थियों को गोपनीय कोड (डीआर) के जरिए एक साथ रोल नंबर आवंटित कराए गए। ये सभी अभ्यर्थी ऋषिकुल आयुर्वेदिक कालेज हरिद्वार के थे। सामूहिक नकल के इस मामले में उक्त कालेज के एक लेक्चरर की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध आंकी जा रही है। इस गंभीर मामले के लिए आयुष विभाग की ओर से सीबीसीआइडी जांच कराने को शासन को पत्र लिखा गया। गृह विभाग ने इस जांच के औचित्य को स्वीकार कर पत्रावली तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग को भेजी। तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग की संस्तुति के बाद गृह विभाग ने उक्त प्रकरण की सीबीसीआइडी जांच का फैसला किया है। इस बाबत शासनादेश जारी किया गया है।

सरकार ने भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों (आईआईटी) में दाखिले की परीक्षा में व्यापक बदलाव लाने का फैसला किया है, ताकि कोचिंग के जरिये प्रवेश पाने वाले छात्रों की जगह वास्तविक रुप से प्रतिभाशाली एवं गरीब छात्रों को दाखिला मिल सके। सरकार ने आईआईटी की वर्तमान फीस प्रवेश के समय न बढाने का फैसला किया है, पर काकोडकर समिति की सिफारिशों के आधार पर 25 प्रतिशत छात्रों को नौकरी मिलने पर बढी हुई फीस की बकाया राशि वसूलने का प्रस्ताव है। इसके अलावा 2013 में एक अखिल भारतीय इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश परीक्षा शुरु की जायेगी, जिससे सभी आईआईटी ट्रिपल आईआईटी एवं आई टी समेत सभी केन्द्रीय शिक्षण संस्थाओं में छात्रों को प्रवेश मिल सके। इस प्रवेश परीक्षा में राज्यों के इंजीनियरिंग कालेजों को भी शामिल करने का प्रयास किया जायेगा। आईआईटी को विश्व स्तरीय बनाने तथा आम आदमी की जरुरतों के लिये शोध को बढावा देने के लिये 40 हजार पीएचडी का लक्ष्य रखा गया है तथा 2020 तक 16 हजार शिक्षकों की भर्ती करने का भी लक्ष्य रखा गया है। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल ने आज यहां आईआईटी में व्यापक सुधार के लिये गठित काकोदकर समिति की पेश की गयी अंतिम रिपोर्ट की जानकारी देते हुए पत्रकारों को बताया कि आईआईटी कौसिल ने अपनी बैठक में इन सिफारिशों को स्वीकार किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्व में विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में भारत को नम्बर एक बनाने के लिये और चीन को पीछे छोडने के लिये हमने आईआईटी के 2020 तक 40 हजार पीएचडी का लक्ष्य रखा है, ताकि आईआईटी को जनता से जोडा जा सके

इसके अलावा 2013 में एक अखिल भारतीय इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश परीक्षा शुरू की जाएगी जिससे सभी आईआईटी ट्रिपल आईआईटी एवं आईटी समेत सभी केन्द्रीय शिक्षण संस्थाओं में छात्रों को प्रवेश मिल सके। इस प्रवेश परीक्षा में राज्यों के इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों को भी शामिल करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

ग्वालियर। जीवाजी यूनिवर्सिटी की पीएचडी प्रवेश परीक्षा को लेकर अब नया विवाद उठ खड़ा हुआ है। विवाद अध्यादेश-11 लागू करने की तिथि तथा इसकी मंजूरी को लेकर है। अध्यादेश को विद्या परिषद तथा कार्यपरिषद से मंजूरी लिए बिना यूनिवर्सिटी प्रशासन ने लागू कर दिया है। इसके अलावा इसे 11 जुलाई 2009 से प्रभावी माना गया है, जबकि यह पारित हुआ वर्ष 2011 में हुआ। जानकारों का कहना है कि बीती तिथि या अवधि से कोई भी अध्यादेश प्रभावी नहीं माना जा सकता।

Eligibility

5. The meritorious academic performance of the candidate will get due weightage in final selection process. Not all those satisfying the minimum requirement are likely to be shortlisted.
