Applications have been invited by NDTV for admission to the Broadcast Training Programme (10-month certificate course), an apprenticeship that combines the elements of workshop learning and hands-on training that covers all aspects of broadcast journalism ranging from the basics of journalism and pre-production to editing, writing, anchoring, and presentation.
The course is open to graduates from any field (under the age of 28) who are keen to pursue a career in broadcast journalism. Academic and extra-curricular achievements will be valued in the selection process. The cut-off percentage for application to the Broadcast Training Program is 45% for Honours graduates and 50% for others.
